- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote locations may take slightly longer.
- All delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
- Any COD handling charges will also appear before confirming the order.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
- You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.
5. Delays & Courier Issues
- myaza.in is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel is handed over.
- Weather conditions, strikes, or logistics issues may cause shipment delays.
6. Incorrect Address
- If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail.
- Re-shipping charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
- If the package appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and notify our support team immediately.
- Accepted damaged parcels will not be covered under claims.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can be shipped only within India.
